Practicing with Harlech Castle in the distance!

Hello Everyone!

I'm in Wales for a week off. Love it here. As for my trip to the British, it was less than successful. I played in the Monday Qualifier at Fairhaven. Shot one over, and it was good enough to be in a 14 person playoff for one spot. Not very good odds, but I gave it my best and didn't make it. So I spent the week at Lytham and St. Anne's, where I enjoyed some spectating and cider.

Next stop was Harlech, Wales for the S4/C Wales Ladies Championship of Europe. It was played at Royal St. David's Golf Club. It was a beautiful setting for an event, and I really enjoyed my time there. But unfortunately I'm just not playing good golf, so it's a bit frustrating. Actually, I am playing well when it doesn't matter, but when Thursday starts - I'm a headcase. I'll be working on that the next two weeks!

Hey Everyone!

Sorry I haven't been up to date with my blogging. My game is somewhere on vacation right now, and I'm trying to retrieve it. Hopefully, it will come around.

There will be some changes to the website in the next month, so make sure to check it out. New pics, new sponsors, etc...

I'm getting ready to head over to the British Open to do the Monday qualifier. I desperately want to qualify cause I would like another crack at Royal Lytham and St. Anne's. In 2006 the British was there, and I didn't play as well as I would've like so of course I would like to even the score :)

Hello Everyone!

Welcome to DianaDAlessio.com!! For those of you who are new to the site, I hope you enjoy it. And welcome back to those who've checked in before. There are some new and exciting things on my site, for example the journal/blog. This will be a great opportunity for me to get to learn a little more about my fans. Feel free to ask me questions and I will try and reply as quickly as possible.

To keep you all up to date...as you probably know the LPGA is in the off season. This is my chance to relax and catch up on some well needed sleep. And there's no better place to do that, than Barbados. I went for the week of Thanksgiving with some friends (top picture) and had an unbelievable time. Sunbathing, swimming and eating were pretty much the extent of my activities. If anyone ever has the chance to go, I highly recommend you visit a restaurant called The Cliff (bottom picture). It is by far my favorite restaurant I've ever been to. The view, the food and the service are amazing.

Next up for me, is the Partnering Against Menstrual Migraine Sweepstakes this weekend in Orlando. A lucky threesome will have the opportunity to golf with me. Scary really, since I haven't picked up a club in 3 weeks. Yikes!! Hopefully, the rust and the dust will be quick to disappear so I don't embarass myself.

Then I head up to New Jersey to visit my family for the Holidays!! I'll save the family stories for another blog. I come from a huge Italian family, so there is lots of food and fun during the Holidays!
